Finally, Tom Brady and his super model wife Giselle Bundchen managed to sell their Luxury condo/Penthouse at 310 Beacon Street in the Back Bay for $9.2 million.
The super Luxury Penthouse was on the market for quite some time. It was originally priced for sale at $10.9 million on October of 2009. 144 days later, it was taken off the market, as no buyers came forward. One year later, Brady put this gorgeous luxury condo back on the market for $10.5 million. It sat on the market for 254 days until this past Thursday. The asking price was $10.5 million and the sales price was $9.2 million (or $1732.25 per square foot). That is $1.3 million below asking.
Tom Brady’s Back Bay Luxury Condo at 310 Beacon Street is 5311 square foot 3+ bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 garage parking spaces. It comes with a state of the art gym, a club room, 6 fireplaces, and a stunning private roof deck with views of the Charles River and the Boston Skyline. Condo Fees were estimated at $8200.00 per month.
This sale was a very quick one. The unit went under agreement on June 21, and closed on June 22 of 2012. According to MLS and public records, the new buyers were William Walser and Peter Mattoon.
